Bend AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of

1. App Overview
Bend AI is a mobile fitness application that uses your device's camera and
Artificial Intelligence to guide and track stretching poses in real time.
The app provides AI-curated daily stretch plans, real-time pose detection
with voice coaching and haptic feedback, progress tracking, streaks, and
detailed performance analytics.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
Bend AI Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:
- Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week

Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year (Best Value)
Note: Prices may vary by location and tax regulations.
Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 Subscription Features
Bend AI Premium includes:
- Unlimited stretch sessions and full history log
- Access to all stretches across every body zone (Hips, Back, Legs, Full Body, Shoulders)
- AI-curated daily stretch plans
- Detailed progress analytics, XP tracking, and level progression
- Voice coaching and haptic feedback
- Ad-free experience
- Priority customer support
2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your
device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store
(e.g., Apple App Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account
upon confirmation of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy

For all users:
Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store
or Google Play Store account settings. Bend AI cannot directly manage
cancellations.

settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

- You engage in physical exercise and stretching at your own risk.

Ensure you have adequate, non-slip space to perform stretches safely
without hitting objects.

you have existing injuries or mobility concerns.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort beyond
normal stretching sensation.

Never force a stretch beyond your comfortable range of motion.
6. User Responsibilities
- Place the phone securely to avoid damage during workouts.

Ensure adequate lighting and full-body visibility for the AI camera to
function correctly.
- Do not use the app if you are feeling unwell or injured.

Warm up before attempting intermediate or advanced stretches.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bend AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including
physical injury or phone damage.
