Bend AI relies on seeing your body keypoints. Ensure:
The AI algorithm maps key joint positions on your body to create a skeleton overlay. It then compares your pose against the target stretch form. When you're holding the correct position, the countdown timer begins automatically. Voice coaching and haptic feedback let you know when you've nailed it.
You can filter stretches by the body area you want to target: Full Body, Hips, Back, Legs, and Shoulders. This makes it easy to focus on areas that need the most attention.
Complete at least one stretch session per day to maintain your streak. Each session earns you XP, which helps you level up from Novice through Beginner, Intermediate, and beyond. Weekly challenges like "Daily Ritual" give you extra goals to hit.
Yes! Go to Settings and adjust the "Hold Duration" to your preference. The default is 15 seconds per stretch, but you can increase or decrease it based on your comfort level.
You need an internet connection to download the app and sync detailed analytics, but the core pose tracking and stretch sessions work offline using your device's processor.
