This Privacy Policy applies to the Bend AI mobile application ("Application"), developed by the Bend AI Team. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Camera Usage and Data

Privacy First: Bend AI uses your device's camera solely to detect body keypoints for stretch pose tracking, form verification, and real-time coaching. We do not record, store, or transmit video footage or images of you to our servers. All AI vision processing happens locally and in real-time on your device.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, including:

Your device's IP address and Model
Usage data (stretches completed, sessions, time spent stretching)
App settings (preferences, hold duration, units)
Operating system version

Workout Data

What We Collect

Stretch session metrics (poses completed, hold duration, form accuracy)
Date and duration of stretch sessions
Historical progress data, XP, levels, and streaks
Body zone preferences and completed daily plans

How We Use This Data

To provide progress tracking, analytics, and XP/level calculations
To generate AI-curated daily stretch plans tailored to your activity
To calculate daily and weekly performance summaries and streaks
To improve the accuracy of our AI pose detection models
To troubleshoot technical issues

Third-Party Access and Services

We may use third-party services to help improve our application. These services may have access to anonymized, aggregated data.

The Application uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat (for subscription management)
Apple/Google Analytics (for app performance monitoring)
Crashlytics (for stability reporting)

Data Storage and Security

Local & Cloud Storage

Your stretch history is primarily stored locally on your device.
If you use device backup features (e.g., iCloud), your statistics may be synced to your personal cloud account.
We do not sell your personal stretch data to third parties.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop data collection at any time by:

Uninstalling the application.
Revoking Camera permissions in your device settings.
Requesting account deletion via support.

Data Retention

We retain user data as long as you use the app. If you delete the app, local data is removed. Subscription data is retained by the App Store provider for billing history.

Children's Privacy

Age Restriction: This app is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without parental consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
